Returns

Please note that during the COVID-19 pandemic we have had to change our policies due to certain constraints. At this time all sales are final. For health/safety reasons, we are not able to accept returns right now. In the case of unseen damage/product issues please communicate with us and we will figure out a solution.

Shipping

Orders are shipped on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS via Canada Post. The cut off time is midnight EST the previous night.

If you have selected Tracked or Expedited Shipping, we will provide a tracking number for you order.

If you have selected Lettermail shipping, please know that this option has no tracking number.

All international orders (outside of Canada) may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees. Please note, packages can be delayed by customs, which unfortunately is out of our control.

 

 SHIPPING POLICY

In stock items will ship in 3-7 business days after purchase. We will email you with the tracking information when your order has been sent.
